Hockstars Session 1

This Field Hockey clinic is going to be the first of many pop-up clinics to give young players between the ages of 4-8 their first introduction to the sport. At each clinic, owning equipment is not necessary therefore players can borrow a stick if they do not have one! We are going to cover the basics and introduce your child to this sport in a variety of fun an engaging ways. Some examples of ways we will let the little ones explore will be to swap out a field hockey ball with a balloon, jam to some music the entire time, and overall play fun games that they already know and love, but with a field hockey twist!
